With over 25 years of experience in the managed print industry, Ian has built his career from the ground up, developing a deep understanding of both the manufacturing and reseller sides of the business. Since starting his journey in 1999 in a service operations role, Ian has continually advanced through leadership positions to become Service and Operations Director, a role that reflects his dedication, expertise, and passion for operational excellence.

Ian’s leadership style is centred on empowerment, trust, and accountability. He believes that a strong, motivated team is the foundation of exceptional service. Fact-driven and customer focused, Ian is committed to ensuring that every operational decision enhances the customer experience, what the customer sees and feels always matters most.

Throughout his career, Ian has remained passionate about driving efficiency, fostering team growth, and delivering measurable results that align with both business goals and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, he's happiest spending time with his family, whether that's exploring or enjoying a quiet weekend together. Ian is passionate about motorbikes and loves any chance to get out on the road.

Football is another major part of his life, not just as a fan, but also as a youth football coach, which gives him the chance to help young players grow in confidence and develop their skills.
