Modern Slavery Act

Vision’s Modern Slavery Statement

Vision takes its social responsibilities seriously and conducts its business in accordance with its core values of trust, integrity and respect, as detailed in the company mission statement.

We recognise that our business practices can always be improved. We are committed to understanding more about modern slavery and improving our practices to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not present within our business or supply chain, with a target of zero tolerance on modern slavery.

Vision’s Group Organisational Structure

Vision is a private company and a market leader in Managed Print Services and Managed Document Services, partnering with some of the world’s most innovative and advanced technology brands.

This statement is made on behalf of the Vision Group of companies.

Vision Supply Chains

We procure goods and services from a variety of suppliers. Our supply chains currently support:

• Distribution and logistics

• Product manufacture and import

• Some retail services

• Recruitment and training

• Advertising and marketing

• IT services

• Operations and infrastructure support

We have adopted a risk-based approach to assessing our business and supply chain. This considers geographical, industry and market factors to identify categories that may present a higher risk of modern slavery. We are initially focusing our efforts on suppliers in these categories, although resulting policy changes will extend across the whole business.

Our Actions to Address Potential Risk

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we have undertaken, or are undertaking, the following actions:

• Introducing contractual obligations that reflect modern slavery legislation across our standard terms and bespoke contractual arrangements

• Building assessment of slavery and trafficking risk into supplier sourcing, due diligence and onboarding programmes

• Reviewing and assessing existing suppliers, particularly their sourcing policies in key risk areas

• Assessing whether a formal Supplier Code of Conduct would be effective in areas where modern slavery risk is identified

We have historically favoured suppliers operating under recognised ethical codes of conduct that include regular compliance audits. We work only with organisations that contractually commit to applicable laws and regulations. To the best of our knowledge at the time of audit, our supply chain operates outside countries currently identified as high risk for modern slavery.

Vision Group Policy on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or any part of our business. In addition to reviewing and updating policies linked to potential risk, we are developing an anti-slavery policy reflecting our commitment to ethical conduct, integrity and effective systems and controls. This policy will be owned and administered by our Chief Financial Officer.

Primary responsibility for identifying risks and implementing processes to prevent modern slavery in our supply chain rests with our purchasing and procurement team.

Actions Taken During 2024–2025

During the 2024–2025 financial year, we:

• Distributed our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy throughout the Group

• Implemented processes for identifying, assessing, mitigating and reporting modern slavery risks across our business

• Developed a Human Trafficking module for employee training as part of employee onboarding

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year 2025.
