Kasia is an accomplished finance leader with extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategic management. Kasia holds a degree in Financial Management, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and has completed postgraduate studies in Strategy & Innovation at the University of Oxford.

Having progressed from Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to Finance Director, she brings a balance of hands-on insight and strategic leadership.

Outside of work, Kasia is a passionate reader, sports enthusiast, and avid traveller.
